Growth and AI Pro are paid monthly subscriptions. Promotional credits arrive with each paid month, are used first, and end with that billing month; they don’t roll over. Nothing is unlimited.

How a charge is decided
- After the booking time, we check the visit: your Seated / Completed / No-show, the diner’s own answer, and the booking history. We never use location.
- A charge waits 72 hours, so you can dispute it. A charge in dispute is never deducted until a person resolves it.
- Every charge is explained in LastTable Business, for example “New diner acquired through LastTable Marketplace. First verified visit to your restaurant. 15 credits.” Returning customers show “Acquisition fee: FREE.”

Questions
Do returning diners ever cost credits?
No. A diner is charged once per restaurant, on their first verified visit through LastTable. Every later visit is free, and so are your existing customers and regulars.
What if a diner says they came but I marked a no-show (or the other way round)?
The diner can answer “Did you attend?”. A disputed visit is reviewed by a person and is not charged until it is resolved. You can also dispute any charge within the dispute window.
Is the AI Growth manager free?
No. It is part of the Growth plan (assisted) and AI Pro (autonomous within budgets you approve). A new diner it brings costs 20 credits instead of 15, never both. Bringing back a regular costs no acquisition credits.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The Free plan covers listing, reservations, direct bookings and Flash offers. You can buy credit packs any time without a plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Promotional credits from a plan end with their billing month. Credits you buy never expire.
How do I pay?
On the web, by card or SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe, with a VAT invoice. In the iPhone or Android app, credit packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play.
